Photoshoot Coming Soon!

Photo-shoot Coming Soon!

Having watched several established pianists and other musicians, I have always been interested in how they accomplished how they took their pictures. I spoke with my friend who happens to be a professional photographer and he explained how he uses his equipment to take professional head-shots of professional musicians as well as other professionals.

If you are a professional musician or someone who wants to advance his or her career, I recommend that you get professional head-shot to add to your portfolio. You can do what I plan to do, which is to post these pictures on my site so that people who visit my site, know what I look like. I will also be using these photos for my business cards, another useful tool to promote yourself an independent musician. A business card is important to have, especially when you are trying to start your career. Having your photo on your card will stand out and tells the story of who you are. The most important thing a professional head-shot will do for your career is reveal your true spirit. It will show people what they will get. Another way to put it, it does it what its says on the tin.

Just as you play Beethoven differently from other pianists, however, no two ways are the same. The same occurs with portrait photography.

I will be posting these pictures soon and was interested in what equipment that he used. He showed me what he used and below I have posted where they can be purchased.
